Welcome to Velox by Prem Gold Private Limited. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how gold purchases, wallet credits, and physical gold coin collection are handled through our mobile application.

1. Overview
Velox Gold allows users to purchase real gold conveniently through the mobile application using multiple payment options, including: Instant Pay & Auto Save Plans. All purchased gold is securely stored in the user’s Velox Gold Wallet within the app.

2. Gold Purchase & Delivery Process
a) User Registration :
- Customers must create and maintain a valid account on the Velox Gold mobile application before purchasing gold.
- Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) as per applicable regulations and company policies.

b) Purchase of Gold :
- Users can buy gold anytime through the app using the available payment methods.
- The applicable gold rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation will be considered final for the purchase.

c) Payment Verification :
- Once the payment is successfully completed and verified, the transaction is processed by our system.
- In case of payment failure, delay, or verification issues, the gold credit process may be temporarily delayed until successful confirmation is received.

d) Credit to Velox Gold Wallet :
- After successful payment verification, the purchased quantity of gold is securely credited to the user’s Velox Gold Wallet in the mobile application.
- Users can view their gold balance, transaction history, and savings details directly within the app dashboard.

3. Physical Gold Redemption, Collection & Delivery :
a) Users who accumulate a minimum of 0.500 grams of gold in their Velox Gold Wallet become eligible to collect a physical pure gold coin from our office/showroom.
b) To collect the physical gold coin, users must Provide registered mobile number or account details for verification.

4. Order Processing Time :
Gold purchases are generally processed instantly after successful payment confirmation.
In certain situations, including technical maintenance, banking delays, or additional verification checks, processing may take additional time.

5. Policy Updates :
Velox Gold reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting within the application or on our official platform.
Continued use of the application after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
